2. Scope of Services & Licensing
HEYSOFT provides software development, SEO web engineering, Digital Transformation consulting, and official software licenses (Windows, Office, Adobe, ChatGPT, JetBrains...). All software keys adhere to original vendor policies.
3. Payment Terms & 7-Day Refund Guarantee
Payments are processed via VietQR Auto, MoMo, ZaloPay, or Bank Transfer. HEYSOFT guarantees a 100% full refund within 7 days if any product key fails to activate due to system error.
4. 1-to-1 Warranty & 24/7 SLA
All software license keys purchased at HEYSOFT Store include 1-to-1 warranty throughout the subscription duration. Custom software development projects include 12 - 24 months technical SLA warranty.
5. Limitation of Liability
HEYSOFT shall not be liable for indirect damages or data loss resulting from local hardware failures, malware on customer devices, or unauthorized third-party interventions beyond our control.

HEYSOFT reserves the right to update these terms at any time to comply with legal regulations. Any disputes arising shall be resolved primarily through amicable negotiation.
